About Our Client

Our client is a wellestablished manufacturing organization known for technical excellence and a strong commitment to quality. They offer a collaborative, handson environment where leaders are empowered to improve systems, processes, and outcomes.

Job Description
  • Lead all Quality and Technical Lab operations to support manufacturing, R&D, and product release activities
  • Act as the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Management Representative, owning system development, audits, and ongoing compliance
  • Manage core quality systems including internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, documentation control, and management reviews
  • Hire, develop, and lead quality and lab personnel, including performance management and training
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on significant qualityrelated issues
  • Oversee new product introductions from design review through full factory implementation
  • Optimize manufacturing and mix procedures to improve product quality and reduce cost
  • Partner with Purchasing to ensure highquality, costeffective raw materials and supplier performance
  • Manage departmental budgets and set strategic quality objectives with accountability for results

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (REQUIRED)
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Systems design and implementation, with strong ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 expertise
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience
  • Working knowledge of database tools such as Access or SQL
  • Proficiency with standard business software including spreadsheets, documentation, and presentations
