Requirements : Bachelors Degree in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering AND 5+ years experience in brick / wall / paver (hardscape) manufacturing

We're looking for a Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our production facility. This is leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient and safe operations that meet our high standards for quality and output.

What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, organize, and direct daily manufacturing operations
- Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Manage plant personnel, including scheduling, taining, hiring, performance evaluations, and more
- Implement cost-saving measures and optimize production efficiency
- Implement a Lean strategy
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Establish KPIs, develop production systems, methods for manufacturing, and standardize processes
- Lead CAPA reviews and present opportunities for cost reduction, production improvement, and issue resolution
