Your responsibilities will include Work with manufacturing leadership and cross functional teams to optimize total cost and to maintain inventory targets that support our ability to deliver the promise to our customers; Bachelor's degree required (preferably Production Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering) Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain concepts and parts flow. 5 to 7 years leadership experience in a supply chain focused or manufacturing environment preferred. Strong understanding of Materials Management is mandatory Profound understanding of the Lean manufacturing methodology and application Proven track record in driving results in materials management A broad understanding of SAP, MM and WMS Prior experience managing supplier and / or cross functional relationships; Lean Six Sigma certifications will be considered a differential. Strong understanding of lean concepts along with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement via lean tools. Proven ability to grow individual and organization competency through proactive coaching and mentoring.
