Conduct orientations and complete new hire paperwork, background checks, and drug screens. Utilize the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job orders. Sales & Client Management Actively market top candidates to potential clients to secure placements. Negotiate pay rates and staffing agreements to ensure competitive offers. Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell staffing services. Operations & Workforce Management Process payroll, manage timesheets, and resolve any discrepancies. Ensure compliance with legal and company policies through accurate documentation. Problem-Solving & Crisis Management Address and resolve conflicts with associates and clients professionally. Adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining efficiency. Team Leadership & Collaboration Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Manage time effectively while multitasking across multiple responsibilities. Provide leadership and support to associates and team members. Participate in an on-call rotation as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email) and recruiting tools. Bilingual in Spanish and English (Recommended). Experience in social media recruiting. Job Summary
The Staffing Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and managing employees sent out to work. The Staffing Manager also handles day-to-day operations by providing customer service and having daily contact in person and by phone with the general managers who are accepting the employees we are sending out to work
