Whatdoes the Resident Care Manager (LPN) – MDS Nurse do?

If you want to serve in a nursing leadership role where youstay busy, get to train other nurses, and get to help guide the care program ata care center, this job is for you! In this role, you would be coordinating thedaily nursing activities and care as prescribed by care plan (in collaborationwith the Director of Nursing), as well as physician orders and in accordancewith accepted standards of nurse practice and regulations. You will be promotinga positive physical and psychosocial environment for the residents. Youwill get involved with the coaching / teaching / training of other staff as well.
