Job Purpose : The Detail Specialist plays a dual role in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with parts inventory and logistics. This hybrid position ensures both a pristine vehicle presentation for customers and seamless parts coordination to support efficient shop operations.
Responsibilities
Detailing Responsibilities (approx. 50%)
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to prepare for customer delivery.
- Conduct pre-wash on vehicles before repairs or detailing.
- Buff vehicles (preferred but not required).
- Move vehicles within the facility to support workflow efficiency.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and trash.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
Parts Support Responsibilities (approx. 50%)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment. Automotive experience or interest preferred, but not required. Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
