MEP Commercial Design Estimator
The MEP Design Estimator will play a critical role in developing comprehensive Large MEP project designs and precise cost estimates for various projects. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring designs meet client requirements, and contributing to the overall project success.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed engineering designs based on project specifications and requirements.
- Produce accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for proposed projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations.
- Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed designs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs and estimates.
- Prepare and present design proposals and cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.
