Job Title: Mechanical AssemblerJob Description

We are a Control Panel manufacturing company seeking dedicated Mechanical Assemblers. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. No prior experience is required as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Install finished assemblies into control panels using hand and power tools.
• Lift and push up to 50 lbs as part of your daily tasks.
• Pull and pick products for installations, ensuring they are correctly assembled.

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment alongside a team of approximately 32 colleagues. The position operates on a first shift only, with flexible start and end times between 7:00–8:00 . and 4:30–5:00 . Enjoy a professional, organized shop setting while using hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment at benches and panel stations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
