Position Overview : Our client is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience to join their remote team. The ideal candidate will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and possess a strong background in structural analysis, design, and project management. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring occasional site visits and client meetings within the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform structural analysis and design for various types of buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Utilize advanced software tools for modeling, analysis, and design.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay current with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
