Your Role :

As our Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining our hotel's infrastructure, from fixing equipment and handling guest requests to performing preventative maintenance. Some of your responsibilities include :

• Handle maintenance requests swiftly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction with timely solutions.
• Follow established procedures and policies diligently, and report emergencies or unusual situations immediately.
• Perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and minor repairs, contributing to the hotel's upkeep including guest rooms, meeting rooms, equipment, and furniture.
• Conduct regular property walks to monitor cleanliness and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Immediately follow up on any alarms or safety concerns.
• Assist in maintenance of health code requirements for pool and spa.
• Regular property walks throughout the day to ensure proper cleaning / sanitation is occurring.
• Assist housekeeping in stripping rooms, carting laundry, sanitizing the gym / fitness center as needed.
• Assist with setting up meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
