Junior Mechanical Engineer working within the Sunrise product development team. Candidate will design enclosures for vehicle electronics. This includes designing for reliability, cost, and performance.
You'll have...
Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering with 0 - 3 years experience.
Part design of die castings, injection molded parts, and stamped sheet-metal parts.
Experience with Catia or Similar 3D Solid Modeling Software
Experience with Team Center
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PPT,
Demonstrated team player as well as self-motivated
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, internal and external teams
High attention to detail
Ability to modify/re-work parts with basic prototyping tools (3D printer, end mill, band saw, drill press, etc…)

This position is a salary grade range of 5 - 6 and ranges from $68,300 - $143,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
