- Reading, using, and understanding electrical / mechanical schematic drawings
- Fitting, filing, drilling, and assembling MPI boxes, panels, or performing a wide variety of diversified and difficult electrical assemblies
- Performing various electrical assembly duties on large utility servers by following instructions and utilizing schematics
- Assembling electrical components, terminals, and push buttons in a predetermined order
- Cutting, stripping, crimping, and mounting wires to connect electrical units
- Reading enclosure / panel fabrication drawings with bill-of-materials
- Wiring electrical panels, instrumentation, and devices and conducting point-to-point testing This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Ideally have 1+ years of experience in mechanical assemblies and electrical wiring
- For Mechanical Technicians : Millwright, Installer, Conveyor Installer, Mechanical Assembler, Control Panel Builder, Airframe Mechanics, Install Technicians experience preferred.
- For Electrical Technicians : Control Panel installation, Voltage, wiring copper, commercial and or residential wiring experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, schematics, and diagrams.
- Have basic mathematical skills and the ability to interpret graphs and diagrams
- Are proficient in operating a personal computer and using Windows-based operating systems and related software
