Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Technician
In dorama at Fontana, California is looking to immediately hire for this position to join our team.
We have 4 AWS shifts (Alternative Work Schedules)4 days, 10 hours daily.
We are currently looking to hire for the 3rd Shift : 6 : 00am – 4 : 30pm Thursday -Sunday .
Paying $34 - $37, depending on experience. Reports to the Plant Reliability Manager.

Job Description :
Responsible for handling routine maintenance and repairs of plant facilities and equipment. The technician performs tasks in accordance with the direction of the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor. Supervises and trains less experienced maintenance employees to ensure that all plant assets are maintained in a safe and productive operating condition.

Job Requirements :
Qualified candidates must have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Technicians will perform and train less experienced personnel in preventative maintenance and completing work orders. Technicians must be able to read and understand equipment manuals and share vital information about safety and general operation with employees under his / her authority.
Previous experience in an environment driven by excellence in safety, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement, and “zero down time mentality” preferred.
Job Environment :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
