Job descriptionBachelor's or relevant degree / certification with 3-5 years of experience in video production and editing. Experience in motion graphics and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition). Knowledge of video / audio file types, along with experience in pre- and post-production processes. Familiarity with audio / visual equipment, including cameras and lighting. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment.

Position Overview
As a Creative Media Producer, you will be an integral part of our Creative Media Design Team, tasked with producing high-quality video and audio content. This dynamic role requires effective communication, organizational expertise, and a proactive approach to media production. You will thrive in a creative, fast-paced environment while leading projects and collaborating with talented teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, UX professionals, and educational teams to meet content needs.
- Oversee media production workflows, coordinating both in-house and vendor efforts.
- Lead project meetings, managing schedules and ensuring accountability among team members.
- Engage in hands-on media production, including video and audio editing.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.
- Manage contracts, invoices, and tracking systems to ensure project integrity.
- Actively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks independently while ensuring quality.
- Continuously enhance skills in vendor management and stakeholder engagement.

Compensation Details
This position offers a base pay range of $58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD, with packages designed to support your career growth.
