Great things don't happen without great people, and we're no exception. With a significant transformation, there's a need to find the right people to lead us into the future, which is where you come in.
We're looking for exceptional recruiters (senior consultant or consultant) to help us hire those leaders and help them build their teams. You'll be pragmatic and flexible in your approach as there is a bit grey, and we're still finding our feet when it comes to how everything fits together. This is a busy and fast paced role, however you will get lots of support from across the amazing and hardworking recruitment team.
The best part though, is that you get to be a part of shaping the future and be in at the start of the biggest thing that's happened in Health in Aotearoa in a long time. You'll support us in sourcing high quality candidates across everything from Finance to IT, Leadership to Procurement….the list goes on.
Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills
We'd expect you to be able to bring a few things to the table to help us make this happen :
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and / or equivalent experience in a senior recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant or talent role
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant NZ legislation and its application in a large, complex organisation
- Specialist recruitment knowledge in the design and delivery of Recruitment advice (policies, procedures, systems and practice)
- Successful design and delivery of recruitment campaigns
- Up-to-date knowledge of talent sourcing trends and practices and the ability to apply them appropriately.
- Strong relationship management with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cultural competence and the ability to engage effectively with Māori
- Ability to identify & implement process improvements, including working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analysis and reporting methods and measures of performance
- Ability to work with ambiguity and evolving systems and processes.
