What You Will Be Doing

Join our dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist, where you'll help drive revenue and ROI through impactful digital advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you'll collaborate with agencies and cross-functional partners to execute full-funnel strategies that align with brand priorities and seasonal initiatives. In this role, you'll manage campaign setup, monitor performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendationsall while contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing or related field

Minimum 3-5 years in digital marketing, advertising or media planning - ideally with a DTC e-commerce brand or performance-focused agency

Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, Bing, Amazon and affiliate programs (preferred). Strong understanding of performance marketing KPI's and campaign evaluation against business goals

Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools (GA4, Domo, Excel)

Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external agencies

Eagerness to grow within performance marketing and contribute to full-funnel media strategies.

Pay Range: $69,317.00-$86,567.00
