Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven senior consultant to join our in-house SEO team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the daily operations and evolving strategic initiatives that support Allstate visibility in traditional organic search results as well as emerging AI-driven answer engines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leverage various data sources to identify gaps and opportunities for improving visibility of the brand where people are searching for information
• Support ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing content inventory, including technical hygiene and content optimization
• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation workflows
• Play a lead role in ongoing test-and-learn initiatives related to content optimization for search engines and AI answer engines
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Adobe Analytics
• Compile data from multiple sources to identify trends and anomalies to be used as context alongside high-level KPI reporting
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in search such as AI overviews and LLMs.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is 70,100.00 - 121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
