Senior Technical Media Operator
KLKN-TV is searching for a Senior Technical Media Operator to work with news and technical staff in planning newscasts, taking video feeds, master control, and other broadcast operations. You will be a leader in the production department, leading a team of technical media operators. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday with the ability to be flexible on weekends. You will…
- Lead team of production staff to meet and exceed newscast goals
- Schedule team of production staff 2-3 weeks in advance
- Direct newscasts using automation
- Work collaboratively with management
- Troubleshoot for clean technical newscasts
- Monitor transmitter, records satellite feeds, and dub in commercials
- Edit video using Adobe Premiere
