Job descriptionHelps troubleshoot and resolve Meta ad compliance issues, including disapprovals and rejections. Assist in addressing and managing payment failures, spend limits, verification holds, and related billing issues. Make light creative and asset tweaks to ensure ad continuity. Collaborate with other team members to maintain sustainability process across all investors. Document resolutions, monitor issue patterns, and help proactively avoid future disruptions. Regularly check third‑party tools for tracking performance for the best operational efficiency as needed. Assist in purchasing and setting up domains and different templated landing pages for investors. Act as a point of contact for sustainability‑related partners for invoicing. Full‑time (40 hours per week) Available to work during Eastern Time Remote position with the potential for occasional on‑site / off‑site retreats
