Role Overview :

The Service Manager will lead a regional service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective contract management, and financial accountability. Core duties include overseeing service calls and projects, monitoring departmental expenses and revenues, supporting ISO compliance, and ensuring staff have the training and resources they need. The role requires close collaboration with sales to align service priorities and support future growth.

Key Requirements :
