Job Description
We at Dexcom, Inc. are looking for a skilled Remote Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Desktop Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to our remote users, troubleshoot desktop and software issues, and ensure our systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience in remote technical support, a strong understanding of desktop and network infrastructure, and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide remote technical support to our users.
- Troubleshoot desktop and software issues and identify solutions.
- Install and configure desktop software and hardware.
- Ensure that our systems are running smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that technical issues are resolved.
- Continuously improve support processes and methodologies.

Requirements
Strong experience in remote technical support. Knowledge of desktop and network infrastructure, including Windows and Mac OS. Familiarity with remote access tools such as TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, etc. Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
