SUMMARY : The Housing and Business Services Coordinator supports Corban University's mission by providing operational leadership for campus housing and administrative support to the Vice President for Business. This dual-role position ensures effective housing assignments, occupancy tracking, and resident communications, while also managing scheduling, periodic reports, and special administrative projects for the CBO. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance student-facing housing responsibilities with executive-level business services support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Housing Coordination
Administer all aspects of the campus housing process, including applications, assignments, billing coordination, move-in / move-out, and occupancy reporting.
Manage the CBO's calendar, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
Maintain strict confidentiality in all housing and executive administrative matters.
