Qualifications and requirements :

Medical Assistant will be required to cross train to work as a Front Office Representative. Front Office Representative duties include the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office of the Clinic, which includes telephone and patient reception, scheduling patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting / documenting patient payments.
