Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex scheduling
• Manage travel itineraries
• Learn patterns and preferences
• Schedule flights, hotels, etc.
• Track receipts
• Manage Quickbooks
• Track receipts
• Document for taxes
• Light bookkeeping
• Manage calendar
• Maintain multiple calendars
• Block pockets of time, reschedule when double booked, etc.
• Be strategic about time management
• Manage inbox
• Manage 4 inboxes
• Utilize folders and system
• Start drafts for client to send later
• Jump in and schedule
• Manage personal tasks
• Plan parties, invitations, decor, rental, logistics, etc.
• Manage 2 homes : utilities, lawn care, housekeeping, etc.
• Buy birthday gifts
• Manage social media
• Create a content calendar
• Block writing times on calendar
• Find and save videos / content that might be relevant
• Jump in and help when needed with ad hoc tasks / projects
• Platforms :
