Napa State is accepting applications to fill multiple full time, permanent Medical Assistant positions.Qualified applicants must be able to perform various duties including scheduling patient appointments; preparing patient and exam areas for medical appointments; ensuring proper equipment and supplies are present for healthcare providers; performing procedures such as venipuncture, specimen collections, dressing changes, etc.; documenting clinical data in the medical record; providing patient education on medical conditions, equipment, and follow up care; communicating with internal and external stakeholders; and effectively collaborating with treatment team members throughout the hospital.
