Position Overview:
The ideal candidate has experience in dental insurance billing, treatment plan presentation, and front desk coordination. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to create a positive experience for every patient.


Key Responsibilities:

• Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
• Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately
• Present and explain treatment plans and financial options to patients
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Answer phones and greet patients warmly and professionally
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum [1–2 years] of experience in DENTAL front desk or insurance billing (required)
• Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures and claim submission
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) preferred
