Position Overview :

The Finance Liaison / Billing Clerk prepares transactions, verifies their accuracy, and ensures all necessary documentation is completed before submission to the appropriate lending institution. This role also ensures retail vehicle sales and inventory are processed and posted following recognized company standards.

Pay range is based on experience and qualifications : $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour

  • You have proven efficient and compliant with operational, accounting, and billing processes.
  • You have practical critical thinking skills & exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are resourceful with strong problem-solving skills, and making decisions is easy.
  • Essential Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all retail vehicle sales are processed within recognized company standards.
  • Posting daily funding from banks and making adjusting entries as needed
  • Maintaining / reconciling schedules for aftermarket vendors. Submit payments and make accounting entries.
  • Ensure all retail vehicle sales have appropriate documentation according to company revenue recognition policies using the deal checklist.
  • Ensure that funding from lenders occurs on time.
  • Qualifications / Education / Practical Experience Required :

  • Automotive accounting, funding, or billing is preferred- not required
  • Advanced skills in key Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Requirements :

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen for illegal substances
  • Prior experience in automotive billing or finance roles
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism
