Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-6:00 PM | No evenings, weekends, or holidays
Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations
Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hour (DOE)

You'll be the welcoming face for our patients-many of whom live with chronic pain-and play a vital role in creating a positive, compassionate experience from check-in to check-out.

What You'll Do:
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing courteous and helpful service
- Schedule appointments for new and established patients
- Collect co-pays and verify insurance details
- Contact patients regarding no-shows, pre-op requirements, and follow-ups
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls while taking accurate messages
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area and workspace
- Assist with scanning, filing, and general office support tasks
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Float between Tukwila and Covington clinics as needed to support both locations
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records
- Commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and patient care
