Job descriptionMust be able to lift and move boxes and move them to different location for storage Looking for someone who is organized, pays close attention to detail and is dependable in respect to confidentiality Strong communication skills both verbal and email Computer literacy
We have an exciting opportunity to support a long-standing organization located in Maplewood, NJ.
Requirements :
- Assisting with the medical file room which may involve filing away loose paperwork, pulling charts, archiving, etc.
- Moving boxes of medical charts for archiving
- Checking medical charts to see if employee / applicant is active or not
- Reviewing / Auditing / Tracking incoming physicals for completeness
- Reaching out and follow up with offsite facilities for corrections needed for physicals
- Updating EMR system of clearance / not clearance dates
- Uploading completed physicals into EMR system
- Reviewing offsite facilities bills to confirm if all physicals have been received and completed, etc.
- This position will be majority auditing / reviewing / tracking incoming physicals 5 days a week
