A company is looking for a Billing Specialist / Medical. Key Responsibilities Manage billing processes related to cash collections and Accounts Receivable Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies Conduct Quality Assurance on claims and manage the Ready to Bill queue Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required; some college is a plus 3 to 4 years of experience in medical billing, with knowledge of insurance reimbursement Experience auditing documentation for compliance with payer requirements Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred Familiarity with ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding, and basic accounting practices
