We are looking for a highly organized and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing personal injury cases from intake to settlement, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Youll serve as the key liaison between clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurance companies, ensuring each case progresses efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury claims
- Assist clients with medical treatment coordination and updates
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and support
- Collect and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other documentation
- Monitor case timelines and ensure all deadlines are met
- Prepare case files for demand, negotiation, and settlement
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals to prepare cases for litigation when necessary
- Update case management systems and maintain detailed records
