Job descriptionDefine business logic necessary to apply to data to correctly load into Courier Health platform Validate that data in Courier Health matches expectations based on Customer systems Work with Client Solutions team to build out Customer Standard Operating Procedures in Courier Health Platform as Workflows Support technical conversations with Customers around things like enabling SSO, setting up API integrations, etc. Contribute to product support and enhance existing support processes, including through troubleshooting and analysis of customer feedback Ad hoc customer data analysis Propose product improvements and actively support the product development pipeline through collaboration with the Product Management and Engineering teams, and assist with functional acceptance testing. What You'll Do
Customer Engineering addresses an exciting range of technical customer needs. This role sits within the Product team and interfaces closely with the Client Solutions and Engineering teams. Customer Engineering covers all aspects of the implementation and customer success for our biopharma clients, including product requirements gathering, configuration of data integrations, product support, and workflow maintenance. This role is customer facing and will involve some travel (

The annual salary range for the target level for this role is $100,000 - $130,000 + equity + benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
