Overview : Overview

Performs as a transporter for various items such as deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x-ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials and packages. Proficient at performing 25% of all daily routes with the flexibility to work all three shifts in any geographic area when required. Required to operate vehicle safely, keeps vehicle clean and well maintained; maintain vehicle safety logs and submit requests for vehicle maintenance / repairs in a timely manner.

Education

Highschool Graduate or Equivalent

Certification / Licensure

Valid VA Driver's License with clean driving history required

Experience

Previous experience with professional driving / transportation (in health care industry preferred)

Clean driving record

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to sit / drive for up to 90% of the time
