Documentation : Ensure all patient interactions and procedures are documented accurately and in compliance with healthcare regulations. Compliance : Adhere to all healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and their families. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an accredited medical assistant program preferred. Certification : Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred.
