Overview

The Data Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Centric Brands Supply Chain Operations Team in retrieving and processing Sales & Production demands in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. This role also involves monitoring and working closely with their respective business units on data integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the process to create, maintain, and deactivate material master data.
• Data entry into SAP and / or external systems.
• Assist Sales & Production with various aspects of order entry.
• Help Sales & Production teams identify data or system issues on customer commitments / orders.
• Initiate credit release reports and work with A / R and Sales to manage credit issues.
• Provide analysis support for ongoing and ad hoc reporting.
• Assist with Item Setup, Master Data, Pricing, Weights & Dimensions both internally and externally.
• Aid in data analysis for quality improvement to ensure integrity.
• Maintain a working knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance.
• Handle special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
