Summary
We are looking for a dedicated ACO Medical Director to join our expanding team in Southern California. This pivotal role involves leading value-based care initiatives that improve patient outcomes and reduce unnecessary healthcare utilization. You will work closely with providers and care teams to ensure high-quality care for frail, elderly patients in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Who You Are
- A licensed physician in California, board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- A leader with a minimum of 3 years in medical group management or leadership.
- Experienced in value-based care and passionate about transforming healthcare delivery.
- Recently involved in direct patient care (within the last 2 years).
What You'll Do
Location Requirements
This role requires being drivable to Costa Mesa and attending the office at least once a week.
