Position : Medical Doctor (MD)

Location : Midland-Odessa area $20k relocation bonus for candidates relocating from El Paso or surrounding areas.

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM or 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities :

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.

Lead the clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Supervise and collaborate with mid-level providers (PAs and NPs) as needed.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications :

Medical degree (MD) with active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
