Job Title : Clerical / Front Desk / CSR / Billing / Payroll / Accounts Receivable Specialist-$19 rate per hr / Hybrid
Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage and collect past due invoices from businesses, ensuring the information in those accounts is up to date, reconciled, and payments are made promptly. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify overdue accounts and manage collections
- Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Negotiate payment plans
- Communicate with customers to answer billing questions, handle complaints, and recover debts
- Maintain files on account financial status and keep detailed notes of all communications and actions
- Investigate billing issues and disputes in a timely manner
- Develop strategies and implement plans of action to better serve customers

Work Environment
The work environment includes a fast-paced office setting with a hybrid schedule (2 days remote and 3 days in-office). The hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM. There is a mandatory 3-week training / shadowing period that cannot be missed. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
