About the Role
We're seeking a Certified Medical Assistant - Clinical Care to play a key role in supporting both our providers and our patients. This position blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with daily operational support to ensure a smooth, compassionate, and efficient patient experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident in a clinical setting, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Collect and accurately document patient histories, vitals, test results, and clinical information while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Prepare exam and treatment rooms and assist providers during procedures
- Administer medications, injections, and perform EKGs within scope of practice
- Support daily clinic operations including patient check-in / check-out, scheduling, and medical record maintenance
- Provide compassionate, professional support to patients and families
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain efficient workflows and a positive patient experience
