POSITION PURPOSE :

The Medical Director oversees the direction and strategy of all City on a Hill health services in collaboration with the CEO. These health services include monthly Health Outreach, Free Clinic for the uninsured, Behavioral Health, and a future dental clinic. Promotes a holistic (physical, mental, spiritual) approach to medical services, working to increase the quality of life for all patients. Provides day-to-day oversight of all medical providers, working with the Health Services Manager on daily operations of medical services. Implements and maintains the Wisconsin Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (WAFCC) Standards of Excellence. Works with partner organizations and universities to provide mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborates with the development team in planning and implementing grant-funded programs that advance the Medical Services in the future direction and strategy of COAH. Serves as a member of City on a Hill’s Leadership Team.
