We are searching for a Medical Director who can provide guidance, leadership, oversight, and quality assurance to the LTSS Community Partners program in a very part-time capacity (3.5 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. Duties and Responsibilities : Collaborate with the Vice President of Care Coordination, Director of Care Coordination, Director and Clinical Directors of LTSS Community Partners program, and / or Registered Nurses and Clinical Care Coordinators regarding the delivery and assessment of the service provision for the program. Responsible for maintaining and, when necessary, establishing medical policies and procedures, and for providing guidance and / or consultation to staff in the LTSS Community Partners program, including Registered Nurses. Assist with strengthening FSAs relationship with Managed Care and Accountable Care Organizations, including hospitals and physicians. Participate in Multidisciplinary Team meetings and / or other consultations as warranted. Participate in LTSS Community Partners utilization review and / or quality assurance activity, including the Quality Management Committee, and review of Critical Incidents on a quarterly basis. Participate in the education and training of clinical staff as needed. Education and Experience : Board Certified or Board-eligible Physician with a relevant specialty (i.e. Psychiatry, Addiction, or Internal Medicine).
