Job Title / High Level Position Summary :

We are looking for a proactive and organized Medical Education Lab Technician to oversee all lab-related aspects of our medical education events and product development labs. This involves preparing labs for various workshops and skills sessions with the necessary equipment including receiving, preparing, positioning, repacking and proper disposition of specimens, assisting surgeon customers and Enovis personnel during workshops, and the cleaning of the lab facility, equipment, and instrumentation. This person will regularly interact with physicians, industry personnel and researchers.

Key Responsibilities :

Lab Logistics : Coordinates all aspects of skills lab events, ensuring seamless execution and support.

Lab Preparation : Executes lab preparation and breakdown for surgical skills lab sessions, maintaining a professional and effective learning environment.

Tissue Management : Oversees the procurement, preparation, and proper storage and handling of tissue within Enovis facilities, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Asset Management : Manages all medical education, tradeshow, and marketing assets, including Enovis instruments, surgical instruments, models, banners, samples, and sample kits.

Inventory Oversight : Manages sample inventory and collaborates with vendors to develop new models and samples for the sales team.

Cross-Functional Support : Serves as a resource for cross-functional teams, addressing questions from sales, marketing, new product development (NPD), and manufacturing.

Field Sales Support : Fulfills product requests from field sales team to support surgeon meetings, tradeshows, labs, and other educational events.

Essential Requirements :

Must be comfortable working with and being accountable for human tissue.

Travel up to 50% of time, including some weekends.

Must have flexible schedule adaptable to constant change and be able to work nights and weekends.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to bend, twist and lift overhead and pack and unpack boxes.

Must possess professional ethics and demeanor.

Must demonstrate excellent customer service.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft 360, Office, Excel, Word, Power Point).

Must be able to communicate in English clearly and fluently, in both written and verbal skills.

Must be proficient in face-to-face interactions with physicians, industry personnel and researchers.

Minimum Basic Qualifications :

3+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

BA / BS or equivalent and of 3+ years' experience.

Experience in marketing or related field is a plus, but not required.
