Job descriptionPerform routine laboratory tests and analyses with accuracy and efficiency. Collect, prepare, and process biological specimens for testing. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with established protocols. Accurately document and report test results to healthcare providers. Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety and quality control standards. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician. Current certification as an MLT (ASCP or AMT preferred). Associate’s degree in a laboratory science or equivalent. BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (preferred).
