We’re seeking a qualified Associate Scientist to join our team and contribute to advancing R&D and clinical programs. Professional analytical chemistry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform laboratory tests for Research Use Only ("RUO") / Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments ("CLIA") high complexity testing.

Conduct QA / QC on test results and analyses.

Maintain reagents and supplies inventory.

Assist in the development of biomarkers for neurodegenerative diseases.

Accurately record and report results in paper or electronic formats.

Develop and revise SOPs, ensuring compliance with safety policies.

Support project scientists and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with 3+ years of research / clinical lab experience

OR a degree in Medical Technology (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) with 1+ year of clinical lab experience.

Experience with human biological specimens (e.g., blood) and biosafety procedures.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity liquid chromatography and / or mass spectrometry is required.

Experience with immunoassays in preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and database entry.

Target pay rate : approximately $30-35 / hour, dependent on relevant experience in a clinical laboratory
