Judge Direct Placement is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of a medical device manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing site P&L, extensive experience with medical device projects, and a proven track record as a servant leader. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• P&L Management : Own and manage the site’s Profit and Loss (P&L) to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Operational Leadership : Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
• Project Management : Lead and manage medical device manufacturing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lean Manufacturing : Implement and promote lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity. This includes identifying and eliminating non-value-adding activities and optimizing processes
• Team Leadership : Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting a culture of servant leadership.
• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality.
