About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven Medical Affairs Manager to join a growing biotech company based in Boston. This individual will support the development and execution of medical strategy, ensure the accurate dissemination of scientific information, and act as a critical link between internal stakeholders and the external scientific community. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact programs focused on transforming patient outcomes.

As the medical team scales, this role offers high visibility and close collaboration with executive leadership, with the opportunity to shape how Medical Affairs evolves across the company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the development and execution of the Medical Affairs plan aligned with clinical and commercial objectives
• Serve as a scientific resource across the organization, including Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, and Clinical teams
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions to build strong scientific partnerships
• Support data generation activities including IITs, collaborative research, and company-sponsored studies
• Assist in the development of medical content such as slide decks, FAQs, scientific response letters, and training materials
• Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy and compliance
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide medical insights to inform strategy and decision-making
• Stay current on relevant literature, treatment landscapes, and competitor activity
• Represent the company at scientific and medical conferences as needed
• Play a key role in shaping the medical strategy as the team prepares for future expansion
• Mentor junior team members or cross-functional partners on medical content, compliance, and scientific engagement
• Contribute to hiring strategy and future team build-out as the organization grows
• Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional planning, providing leadership-level insight on field strategy and evidence generation
