Job Description
This Position is Contingent on Contract Award.
This position is in support of a proposed repatriation initiative. The purpose of the facilities is to provide comprehensive care for migrant individuals who are awaiting reunification or repatriation. This care will begin as soon as each occupant arrives at the facility and will last until their arranged departure. The comprehensive care includes but is not limited to initial screening and exams, identifications of prior conditions and allergies, day to day care of routine, urgent and emergency medical conditions.
The primary purpose of the Medical Logistics Manager is to oversee and coordinate all aspects of material and logistics operations within the program. This includes managing the movement of supplies, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory status, and providing comprehensive supply chain support to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and devices, including monitoring stock levels, conducting routine audits, and ensuring timely restocking as necessary.
- Direct the receiving and shipping processes for all incoming and outgoing medical supplies, equipment, and devices to guarantee proper labeling, packaging, and timely delivery of items.
- Ensure that all medical supplies, equipment, and devices comply with required quality standards by performing regular inspections and testing to confirm their safety and efficacy for use.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all inventory transactions, encompassing receiving, shipping, and restocking activities.
- Monitor expiration dates, lot numbers, and other critical information related to medical products to prevent misuse or wastage.
- Manage the maintenance and servicing of all medical equipment, including organizing routine inspections and repairs, as well as coordinating with external service providers when needed.
- Ensure full compliance of all medical products and equipment with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Facilitate effective communication with other departments and healthcare personnel to streamline logistics processes.
- Coordinate daily operations with requestors, cataloging, purchasing, and supply chain management teams to ensure efficient logistics flow.
- Oversee the movement of personnel and equipment to optimize operational efficiency within the logistics framework.

Additional Information
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
Compensation| Min : $51,000 Max : $125,000
Benefits – Full-time positions are eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
