The Office Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the office. This full-time position requires an energetic, friendly individual capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Dependability, trustworthiness, and a willingness to learn and grow are essential.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma
Preferred office experience

General Duties :
Perform basic clerical and secretarial tasks under supervision, including :
Answering phones and routing calls
Preparing and emailing correspondence
Communicating with clients
Maintaining office supply inventory
Keeping office and breakroom tidy
Recording meeting minutes
Filing and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and completing intakes
Assisting with personnel administrative functions
Acting as a backup for other personnel
Other assigned duties
Physical Demands :
Primarily sedentary, with the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay :
15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience :
Administrative experience : 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office proficiency : 1 year (required)
