Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to directors and staff, including handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain and update office records, documents, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Greet and assist customers visiting the academy, with a friendly professional first point of contact.
Address customer inquiries and provide information about our music lessons programs.
Assist with accounts receivable, and accounts payable tasks.
Work to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
Maintain inventory levels of office, cleaning and retail items and reordering as needed.
Keep track of equipment and accessories to ensure availability for teachers and customers.
Enter data into databases and generate reports as required.
Compile and analyze data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with directors, staff, teachers and partners.
Draft and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports as necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in office administration, hospitality, entertainment or retail setting a plus.
Proficiency in all things Google and familiarity with MailChimp.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to assist customers. Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
