Job Description
Full-Time
Provides administrative and clinical assistance to physician in the examination and treatment of patients in the office. Front desk reception assistance required based on scheduling needs. Must have phlebotomy experience
Performs tasks like : Politely and promptly greets and registers patients via manual or computer entry system; Escorting patients to room and takes brief history of illness and / or chief complaint; Phlebotomy, Taking vitals, which may include : temperature, pulse, respiration's, blood pressure, height and weight on all patients; Keeping patient flow to physicians or other attending s constant; Assisting (within the legal scope of practice) physician or other attending s when needed; Preparing room with equipment and supplies as required; Maintaining inventory of supplies; Assists with routine office duties, such as copying, filing, faxing, when needed or as directed.
Hours will be typically Monday-Friday
